Make a Wish

These strange little blokes are kinda inspired by certain really weird Pokemon, like the Staryu, Magnemite, and Klink evolutionary lines.

Shuriking may seem to have a pretty great base stat total, but I'm still not sure how useful it'd be. It's incredibly fast, but it has very low HP. Although it's a Flying-type, it can't learn Fly. And it has a pretty pathetic type coverage, too. Not much variety.

But surely it can be useful in some situations...

They learn Tri-Attack (Shuriking only), Rapid Spin, Quick Attack, Double Team, Sharpen, Swift, Fury Attack, Streamline (Raises Defense and Speed), Air Cutter, Spikes, Acupressure, Selfdestruct, Hit-and-Run, Lock-on, and Double-Edge.
