Actually, His Name is 'Quillow' Now

Forget everything you thought you knew about Elmer, my old OC. That shouldn't be too hard, considering you probably didn't know much about him in the first place... *cough*

For a long time now, I've been trying to give my old mascot a total overhaul. He shall henceforth be referred to as "Quillow"... Unfortunately that sounds like a combination of a quilt and a pillow, but in this case it comes from "quill" and "yellow". It also sounds a bit like "will-o'-the-wisp", which I'm thinking of drawing inspiration from for his new characterization (along with phoenixes).

I'm trying to put some more thought into the lore of his world and who/what this little gnome...bird...thing actually is. I have plenty of ideas, but nothing I've really settled on yet. For the time being, I'm imagining him as some sort of nature spirit; an elemental creature born from magic. Who knows where I'll go from there?

I obviously still have a lot to figure out. Heck, everything you see here is likely subject to change. But I wanted to get this out there and hear everyone's thoughts. ^_^
