A Team of Heroes

It's my first scanned and edited drawing! Hoo-yeah! What an accomplishment! For me, that is!

Yes, I like Pokemon. Not the anime or cards or whatev', but the GAMES, man, the GAMES. The character designs, especially. And these dudes? My dream team that I used to take down the Elite Four in Pearl.

Cinder, the male Infernape. My original partner, he tries extra hard to fulfill his role as the leader, sometimes a little TOO hard. He can be somewhat critical of others if they don't meet his expectations, but otherwise he's pretty friendly. He's a bit self-conscious about his larger-than-average ears, and his hobbies include playing tennis and playing the PokeFlute. (Flare Blitz, Rock Smash, Grass Knot, Rock Climb)

Luthor, the male Luxray. A Dark-Type wannabe, Luthor is a real wild one. Even when he was just a Shinx, his arrogance, defiance, and hastiness were second to few. On the other hand, he is very upbeat and has a 'never-say-die' attitude. He is Cinder's battle partner, but they also have a mild rivalry; that said, they are still good friends. (Crunch, Discharge, Strength, Iron Tail)

Briar, the female Roserade. As a small but eager Budew, Briar wanted to be able to help people; she frequently stated that she wanted to "be a superhero when she grew up ()". She has blossomed into a caring, independant young woman who, despite her fragile appearance, can be incredibly tough when she wants to be. She and Cinder have an especially close bond. (Magical Leaf, Cut, Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain)

Jeeves, the male Alakazam. He's not my butler; he's more like an assistant. He is physically the oldest member, but he's just as fit as anyone else. He can be distinguished from other Alakazams by his neckerchief, his giant forks, and his larger size. He's calm and intelligent, but a bit of a snob. He also considers himself a culinary expert. Jeeves fluently speaks the human language; it's easy when you have the IQ of a supercomputer. (Focus Blast, Psychic, Flash, Teleport)

Hindenburg, the male Drifblim. A gentle soul, Hindenburg prefers to stay out of trouble. He can inflate his body to provide an effective mode of transportation for the party. And yes, he knows the move Explosion. Oh, the humanity! (Ominous Wind, Fly, Thunderbolt, Explosion)

Turquoise, the female Gastrodon. Turquoise has a knack for gossip, a slight gambling addiction, and a love for exploration. She holds the title for being the first sea slug to climb to the top of the Snowpoint Mountains unaided; in fact, this is where she did most of her training, as well as where she perfected her Blizzard technique. (Surf, Waterfall, Dig, Blizzard)
